Visiting this website

When you request a page, the web server processes technical connection data such as your IP address, date and time, requested address, response status, referrer and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the site, diagnose faults and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are the secure and reliable operation of this public website.

Routine access and error logs are automatically removed after 14 days. Entries connected with a security incident may be kept longer where this is necessary to investigate and document the incident.

Contact form and email

If you contact us, we process your name, email address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can answer you. The form sends the message to the Beyond mailbox; it does not create a public-site content record. Your IP address is held in memory for up to 15 minutes solely to limit abusive submissions.

Where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps requested before a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the network. Correspondence is retained for as long as it is needed to answer and document the matter and to meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted.

Editor accounts

Public registration is disabled. For invited editors and administrators, we process account details, password hashes, session identifiers, IP address, browser information and editorial audit records to authenticate users and protect the integrity of published content. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Sessions expire automatically and can be revoked; account and audit data are kept while the account is active and afterwards only as required for security, accountability or legal obligations.

Cookies and external services

The public website uses no analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts, embedded social media or optional cookies. It therefore does not display a consent banner. The restricted editor uses only cookies required for authentication and security. Links to external websites open those providers’ own services; no data is sent to them merely by viewing a Beyond page.

Recipients and transfers

The website, fonts and images are served from infrastructure operated for Beyond. Contact messages are delivered through the configured mail servers to the Beyond mailbox. We do not sell personal data. The website does not intentionally disclose visitor data to advertising or analytics providers or embed services that initiate transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
